The building

It has been a while since anyone painted it

Sun on the west face, fog off the bay, and a few decades. The paint is past touching up. Painting the whole property will cost about $150,000. The Lodge is matching gifts, dollar for dollar, and the painters start in March.

Why Zeffy? Taking gifts by credit card the usual way would cost the Lodge about 4% of every gift. Zeffy charges the Lodge nothing. Over this campaign that could keep as much as $5,000 out of card fees and on the building.
